Antony grew up in Medford, Oregon, and was always a dog lover. He was interested in working with dogs and learning more about their capabilities from an early age, and after joining the Marine Corps, he was given the opportunity to become a K9 police officer. He quickly realized he was meant to work with dogs.

Antony served in the United States Marine Corps from 2018 to 2026. During his service, he was a Military Police K9 Handler in Quantico, Virginia, where he partnered with his K9, Mo, conducting base security operations and supporting Secret Service missions for VIPs. After Quantico, Antony was stationed at Lackland Air Force Base, where he continued his working dog career training green dogs. During his time at Lackland, he was promoted to Lead Trainer and successfully led two teams consisting of six trainers and eighteen dogs, earning his Senior Trainer certification. Over the course of his career at Lackland, Antony certified a total of 31 dogs that went on to become military working dogs.

After an eight-year career, Antony was honorably discharged from the Marine Corps to begin his new career with ILK9 Academy. He now brings his military experience and proven training methods to companion dogs, helping families build better communication, trust, and lasting relationships with their dogs so they can enjoy happier lives together.
